Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for unopened items in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for processing.
2. Return Shipping Costs
· If Muscle Finesse Wholesale is at fault (e.g., incorrect items were sent), we will cover the cost of retrieving the goods.
· In all other cases (e.g., unwanted goods), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please email sales@musclefinessewholesale.com with the following details:
· Account number
· Order number
· Reason for return
· Images (where applicable)
A member of our customer service team will review your request and provide further assistance.
4. Processing Returns
· Once the returned items are received and inspected, a credit note will be issued to your account.
· Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.
5. Non-Returnable Items
· Opened goods cannot be returned. This includes cases of products where the outer plastic seal has been broken.
· Products must be unopened and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
· If you receive a faulty product, we will aim to replace it where possible or issue a credit note.
· Proof of the product's fault (e.g., photos) is required before a replacement or credit can be processed.
