All parcels and pallets sent are on a Next Working Day service to the UK mainland.
Important: All issues with deliveries, including damages or discrepancies, must be reported within 7 days of the order being delivered. If parcels are damaged upon delivery then they need to be signed as such with the delivery driver. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to make a claim on your behalf. Please note that discounted products which are short-dated/dated stock are non-returnable/non-refundable.
